Welcome! I’m Costantina Bardis, a dedicated Women’s Menopause Sleep Coach, passionate about helping women reclaim restful sleep, vitality, and confidence during the menopause transition.

Since 2023, I’ve been supporting women in achieving better health and wellbeing through personalised menopause coaching, with a special focus on sleep optimisation during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. My approach also includes lifestyle strategies and holistic body-and-mind wellness guidance.

As a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association, I offer both one-on-one menopause and sleep coaching and group programs, collaborating with other health professionals to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach. I empower women to make informed decisions and build sustainable habits for optimal health and lasting wellness.
