I am Costantina Bardis, a dedicated Women’s Menopause Health Coach, Public Speaker, and Educator based in the United Kingdom. I am passionate about helping women reclaim their life and restore restful sleep without menopause stealing their nights, their energy, or their joy.

As a member of the Complementary Medical Association, I specialise in supporting women through their health and wellbeing journeys, with certifications in Menopause, Sleep, Lifestyle, and Mind-Body Coaching. I understand how profoundly menopause can affect your sleep, your physiological and psychological state, and I am here to help women wake up feeling refreshed, energised, and empowered.

Hi, I'm Costantina Bardis

My approach is personal and tailored. As a menopause health coach, I work closely with you to understand your unique sleep and menopause challenges, lifestyle patterns, and goals. Whether you struggle with night sweats, insomnia, disrupted circadian rhythms, or the stress and anxiety that affect rest, I provide strategies to improve sleep quality, enhance energy levels, and restore balance.

Originally from Italy, I moved to the UK in 1992 and speak Italian, French, and English. With a background as a Dental Nurse specialising in oral surgery, I later trained as a Health and Beauty Therapist, specialising in holistic spa therapy, gaining over 17 years of experience.

Since 2023, I have been devoted to supporting women through menopause with personalised coaching and education, helping them sleep better, feel more vibrant, and embrace this stage of life with confidence and ease.

My Qualifications

As a member of the Complementary Medical Association, my passion for holistic wellness drives my work in helping others feel their best. With an ITEC Holistic Body Massage and Lifestyle Diploma, I gained insights into the mind-body connection, inspiring me to expand my expertise. I hold a Menopause Certificate (endorsed by a medical doctor) to support women through this stage, a Life Coach Diploma to guide positive change, and a Journal Therapy Diploma to encourage self-reflection and develop emotional intelligence. With my training in Breath Work and Meditation, I offer holistic support that nurtures both mind and body. These practices promote relaxation, enhance emotional well-being, and foster a deeper connection between mental and physical states.. I have also earned a Face Yoga Exercise Therapy Diploma to help clients enhance natural beauty and well-being, maintain facial features and keep muscles in good condition, while firming the skin.
