Costantina Bardis
Menopause Sleep Coach
Welcome! I’m Costantina Bardis, and I’m known as The Menopause Sleep Coach.
If you’ve started to notice changes in your sleep, your energy, your emotions, or simply in the way you feel in yourself, I’m here to guide you in making sense of what may be happening. My work brings menopause and sleep together, because the two are often closely connected, and every woman experiences this stage differently.
Whether you choose one of my online courses, work with me through one-to-one coaching, or join one of my group coaching programmes, there are different ways for you to learn and work with me. I also share science-backed education through The Menopause Sleep Coach Podcast, where I talk about menopause, sleep, and the changes women may experience along the way.
Feel free to have a look around and see what feels right for you.
MENOPAUSE DOESN'T HAVE TO FEEL SCARY, CONFUSING, OR LIKE SOMETHING WE AVOID TALKING ABOUT.
With the right information and a better understanding of how menopause can affect your body, your sleep, your ability, and your daily life, it can become a time to reassess what you need, make meaningful changes, and move forward with greater confidence, strength, and resilience.
The Heart of My Work
I created my 3 Rs Framework (Regulate, Rebuild, and Reclaim) around my 4 Core Pillars: Menopause, Sleep, Lifestyle, and Body & Mind, which form its foundation. This framework gently guides the way I work across my online courses, group coaching, and one-to-one coaching, helping you make sense of what is happening, introduce changes that feel realistic for you, and build greater confidence in knowing what you need.
My 3 Rs Framework
Regulate
Creating more stability during a time when menopause can affect your sleep, stress levels, energy, emotions, concentration, and daily routines. This stage focuses on recognising what may be influencing how you feel and introducing practical ways to support your sleep, daily rhythm, nervous system, and lifestyle.
Rebuild
Creating habits, routines, and strategies that suit where you are now. What helped you before menopause may no longer feel as effective, so this stage focuses on making realistic changes that fit into your life and support your sleep and overall daily routine.
Reclaim
Bringing everything together, so you can recognise the changes you have made, identify what supports you best, and feel better equipped to move forward. It is about having practical tools, greater confidence in the choices you make, and a clearer sense of how to support yourself when your needs or sleep patterns change.
The aim is not perfect sleep or a symptom-free menopause, but to help you feel more informed, more prepared, and more confident in knowing what supports you, whatever stage of the journey you are in right now.
The Menopause Sleep Coach Podcast
I created The Menopause Sleep Coach Podcast to share my expertise and knowledge as a coach specialising in menopause and sleep, along with my own experiences of menopause.
I also invite other health specialists to share their knowledge and perspectives, so women can feel better informed, understand their options and feel more confident advocating for themselves.
My aim is to spread this message to women around the world: menopause is not something to fear, but a natural transition in a woman’s life. With the right knowledge, guidance and support, we can continue to live well, feel well and enjoy this next stage of life.
